Australian native rainbowfish are a colourful and peaceful addition to many community tanks. They prefer an aquarium with plenty of structure and overhangs to mimic the creek edges that they naturally live under. Rainbowfish are one of the aquarium trade’s most popular overseas exports, with many established breeders and enthusiasts throughout the world. Their vibrant colouration is best displayed under aquarium lights that partially emit light in the red spectrum.
